Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23/01/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 05/08/2025, I, Adam Kevin Gardiner Dennis Heath, 23 Lindon Close Brownhills Walsall WS8 6DH, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Adam Kevin Dennis Heath-Gardiner and assumed the name of Adam Kevin Gardiner Dennis Heath.
