THE EALING (ZONES F AND G) (RESIDENTS PARKING PLACES) (NO. 1, 2001) (AMENDMENT NO 028) ORDER 2025.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, made the above titled Orders, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the made Orders will be to introduce: -
(a) two electric vehicle (EV) bays on: Brooklands Drive; Hodder Drive; Julian Avenue; Northfield Avenue;
(b) four EV bays on: Cavendish Avenue; Dabbs Hill Lane; Dale Road; Kings Avenue; Layer Gardens; Melville Avenue; Park View Road; Ramillies Road; Rathgar Avenue; St Margarets Road; Templeman Road; The Farmlands; The Ridings.
3. Further effects of the made Orders will be to: -
(a) amend the designation of existing parking places on a length of: Layer Gardens (permit); Northfield Avenue (stop & shop); Park View Road (permit); Ramillies Road (permit); Rathgar Avenue (permit); St Margarets Road (permit); The Ridings (permit);
(b) amend the waiting restrictions on lengths of Northfield Avenue and The Ridings, to accommodate the proposed EV bays changes.
4. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 21 August 2025, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.
5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
