BLOCK TRANSFER OF APPOINTMENTS

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of Chief ICC Judge Mullen in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Companies and Insolvency List dated 31 July 2025 (the "Order"):-

Administration

That Matthew David Smith (IP No: 9460) be removed from the office of joint administrator of the companies numbered 1 – 9 (inclusive) below and that (i) Matthew Mawhinney (IP No: 27290), insolvency practitioner C/O Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT, be appointed joint administrator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the companies set out at Part 1 below; (ii) Matthew Steven Roe (IP No: 27436), insolvency practitioner C/O Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT, be appointed joint administrator alongside the further replacement office-holder appointed in relation to the company set out at Part 2 below; and (iii)  no replacement administrator be appointed and the joint office-holder remain in place in relation to the companies set out at Part 3 below.

That Richard Michael Hawes (IP No: 8954) be removed from the office of joint administrator of the below companies number 10 – 11 (inclusive) below and that (i) the said Matthew Steven Roe (IP No: 27436) be appointed joint administrator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the company set out at Part 4 below; and (ii) Hywel Phillips (IP No: 29590), insolvency practitioner c C/O Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT, be appointed joint administrator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the company set out at Part 5 below.

That in respect of their appointment as joint administrator in respect of the below noted companies, that Matthew David Smith and Richard Michael Hawes be discharged from any liability in respect of their actions as joint administrator of the below noted companies and released from office 21 days after the advertisement of this Order in the London Gazette.

Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation

That Matthew David Smith (IP No: 9460) be removed from the office of joint liquidator of the companies numbered 1 – 34 (inclusive) below, and that (i) Matthew James Cowlishaw (IP No: 9631), insolvency practitioner C/O Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, The Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT be appointed joint liquidator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the company set out at Part 1 below; (ii) Paul James Meadows (IP No: 11890), insolvency practitioner C/O Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, The Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT be appointed joint liquidator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the companies set out at Part 2 below; (iii) Robert Fishman (IP No: 24894), insolvency practitioner C/O Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, The Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT to be appointed joint liquidator alongside the remaining office-holders in relation to the companies set out at Part 3 below; and (iv) no replacement joint liquidator be appointed and the joint office-holders remain in place in relation to the companies set out at Part 4 below.

That Richard Michael Hawes (IP No: 8954) be removed from the office of joint liquidator of the companies numbered 35 – 41 (inclusive) below, and that (i) Matthew Steven Roe (IP No: 27436), insolvency practitioner C/O Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT, be appointed joint liquidator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the companies set out at Part 5 below; (ii) Hywel Phillips (IP No: 29590), insolvency practitioner C/O Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT, be appointed joint liquidator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the companies set out at Part 6 below; and (iii) no replacement joint liquidator be appointed and the joint office-holder remain in place in relation to the company set out at Part 7 below.

Compulsory Liquidation

That Matthew David Smith (IP No: 9460) be removed from the office of joint liquidator of the companies numbered 1 – 9 (inclusive) below, and that (i) Robert Fishman (IP No: 24894), insolvency practitioner C/O Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, The Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT be appointed joint liquidator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the company set out at Part 1 below; and (ii) David Philip Soden (IP No: 15790), insolvency practitioner C/O Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, The Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT be appointed joint liquidator alongside the remaining office-holder in relation to the company set out at Part 2 below.

That Richard Michael Hawes (IP No: 8954) be removed from the office of joint liquidator of the company numbered 10 below, and that no replacement joint liquidator be appointed and the joint office-holder remain in place in relation to the company set out at Part 3 below.

That the creditors in each of the cases listed above be notified of the Order by this notice within 21 days of the date of the Order and at the time of the next statutory reporting requirement for each case.

That any creditor in respect of any of the companies / debtors listed above who has an objection to the Order shall have 21 days from the date of this notice to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the block transfer cases listed above until further or other order by the court.

That the outgoing officeholder shall file a copy of the Order with each of the Courts listed above and shall serve a copy of the Order on the Secretary of State.

That there be no order as regards the costs of the application.
