Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16/07/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 07/08/2025, I, Dean Stuart O'Brien, 38 Bryn Awelon Buckley Flintshire CH7 2QB, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Dean Stuart Crompton and assumed the name of Dean Stuart O'Brien.
