Notice is given that National Highways Limited(a) has made an Order on 5 August 2025 under section 84(1)(a) and (2) of, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the A38 Trunk Road in Cornwall. The notice of the proposal to make it was published in issue no. 64672 of the London Gazette on 3 March 2025 and the effect of the Order is as described in that notice.
