Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24/04/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 08/08/2025, I, Nathan Nyariki Fernandes, Flat 4 Henley Court Watford Way Hendon London NW4 4SR, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Nathan Nyariki Gwaro and assumed the name of Nathan Nyariki Fernandes.
