Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30/03/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 08/08/2025, I, Nisha Vithlani, 204 Astill Lodge Road Leicester LE4 1EF, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Nishaben Harshaobhai Vithlani and assumed the name of Nisha Vithlani.
