Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28/07/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 08/08/2025, I, Dennis Allward, 7 Ormond Avenue Blackpool FY1 2LW, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Denise Allward and assumed the name of Dennis Allward.
