WHEREAS THORNTONHALL LAWN CARE LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC700217 was dissolved on 6th May 2025; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said THORNTONHALL LAWN CARE LTD was the Tenant under a Lease between ASHTENNE INDUSTRIAL FUND NOMINEE NO.1 LIMITED AND ASHTENNE INDUSTRIAL FUND NOMINEE NO.2 LIMITED AS TRUSTEES OF THE ASHTENNE INDUSTRIAL FUND LIMITED PARTNERSJIP and the said THORNTONHALL LAWN CARE LTD, which lease is constituted by (i) offer of lease by DWF Law on behalf Ashtenne Industrial Fund Nominee No.1 Limited and Ashtenne Industrial Fund Nominee No.2 Limited as Trustees of the Ashtenne Industrial Fund Limited Partnership to NGL Solicitors, dated 9th September 2022; (ii) concluding letter by NGL Solicitors on behalf of the said Thorntonhall Law Care Ltd dated 12th September 2022 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 3rd October 2022 of ALL and WHOLE the subjects 30 Westgarth Place, College Milton North, East Kilbride which subjects form part and portion of ALL and WHOLE subjects 2 to 12 and 16 to 46 All evens and yards W Y and Z Westgarth Place, East Kilbride, Glasgow, G74 5NT registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number LAN140339; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said THORNTONHALL LAWN CARE LTD came to my notice on 22nd May 2025; Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
