NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

DELBANCO MEYER & COMPANY LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the Delbanco Meyer & Company Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (the “Scheme”), is in wind-up.

The Trustees of the Scheme wish to trace anyone, including former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of Delbanco Meyer & Company Limited, who think they have (or might have) a claim against the Scheme or an interest or entitlement to benefit under the Scheme. Any such person is asked to provide full written particulars of any such claim, interest or entitlement to the Trustees of the Delbanco Meyer & Company Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme, c/o First Actuarial LLP, Fosse House, 182 High Street, Tonbridge, TN9 1BE on or before 31 October 2025 (together with their full name, address, NI Number, date of birth, dates of employment with Delbanco Meyer & Company Limited and any relevant papers).

After this date, the Trustees will proceed with winding-up the Scheme and distributing its assets having regard only to the claims, interests and entitlements of which they are aware. The Trustees will not be liable to any person whose claim, interest or entitlement they have not been notified of on or before 31 October 2025.

Notification is not required from persons who have recently received correspondence relating to the Scheme from First Actuarial LLP.
