National Highways Limited(a) gives notice that they have made an Order under powers conferred by Sections 1(1), 2(1-3) and 4(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the A2070 Trunk Road in the District of Ashford in the County of Kent.

The Order was made on 8th August 2025 and comes into force 18th August 2025.

The notice of proposal to make the Order (reference 4914948) was published in issue number 64780 of the London Gazette on the 26th June 2025 and the effect of the order is as described in that notice.

A copy of the made Order and plans illustrating its effect may be inspected during office hours at –

until the end of the legally obligated period, 19th September 2025, being a minimum of 6 weeks from the date making the Order.
