Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Entrepreneur First Singapore Investment Pte. Ltd. has transferred its entire interest in Entrepreneurs First Founder (Singapore) LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL24331 (the “Partnership”) to Entrepreneurs First Operations Limited.

As a result of the transfer, Entrepreneur First Singapore Investment Pte. Ltd. has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Entrepreneurs First Operations Limited has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
