Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 September 2024, TKPI EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE FUND ("Transferor") transferred 47.51804% of its beneficial interest in the Partnership to STICHTING PENSIOENFONDS KPN ("Transferee 1") and 52.48196% of its beneficial interest in the Partnership to STICHTING PENSIOENFONDS POSTNL ("Transferee 2" and together with Transferee 1, the "Transferees"), and that with the publication of this notice the Transferees have become limited partners of the Partnership and the Transferor has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
