Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17/06/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 23/07/2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of COREY VICTOR SMITH who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of COREY VICTOR BIRD and assumed the name of COREY VICTOR SMITH.
