Notice of Alteration to Conservation Area Designations and endorsement of Appraisals and Management Plans as planning guidance.

TDC has amended the boundaries of five Conservation Areas (CA) in the district. These CAs are: Ardleigh, Gt Holland, Bradfield, Ramsey; and Tendring Village.

Appraisals and Management Plans for each area were endorsed as planning guidance by TDC on 25 July 2025. To view maps of the CA boundaries, go to tendringdc.gov.uk/content/conservation-areas. Hard copies are available to view at the Town Hall and local libraries.
