Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 22 July 2025, BCP Partners Limited (the “Initial General Partner”), transferred its general partner interest in BC Partners Gaia Co-Investment LP (the “Partnership”) to BC Partners Management XI Limited (the “New General Partner”). Consequently on that date, the New General Partner was admitted to the Partnership as a general partner and the Initial General Partner ceased to be a general partner in the Partnership.
