Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 1 July 2025, The University of Chicago (the “Transferor”) transferred to ASP Sec Fac 13 LP and Adams Street Private Equity Navigator Lev Facilitation LLC (the “Transferees”) the entire interest held by it in HgCapital 8 D L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with number LP017394 (the “Partnership”), and consequently on such date the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferees became limited partners in the Partnership.
