Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Steven Illes and James Alexander Snowdon, the Joint Administrators of the Company intend declaring a first and final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors of the Company within the period of two months from the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 27 August 2025, he last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at MHA Advisory Ltd, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because they have not participated in it.
