This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Mr Joylan Sunnassee of BBK Partnership, 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Herts, EN5 5TZ. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Administrator's fees and expenses. 2. The approval of pre-Administration costs.

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Administrator by one of the following methods.
