Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11/09/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15/07/2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of LOUISE ELIZABETH JENKINS-HOLDER who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of LOUISE ELIZABETH HOLDER and assumed the name of LOUISE ELIZABETH JENKINS-HOLDER.
