Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, to any person (including any former full or part-time employees (or his or her dependants)), of Forman Hardy Holdings Limited, T. Bailey Asset Management or T Bailey Fund Services Limited, who were members of the defined benefit section of the Scheme, that it is to be wound up. It is believed that all members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and have been or are being secured by means of policies with an insurer.
