THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council proposes to make the above Orders under sections 6, 29 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:

(a) create a Play Street in Kilravock Street, between its junctions with Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue, in which vehicles would be prohibited between 3.00 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive and between 10.00 a.m. and 7.30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, only between 1st April and 30th September each year – exemptions would be provided for vehicles requiring access to premises, parking places or off-street parking only accessible from that length of road, and for the emergency services; and

(b) introduce “at any time” loading restrictions at the junctions of Kilravock Street with Fifth Avenue (west side only) and Sixth Avenue (east side only).

3. The proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection until six weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders at https://westminstertransportationservices.co.uk/notices and, in person by appointment only, at Westminster City Hall 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP, between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays (except bank / public holidays).
