NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER OF BONA VACANTIA

Company Name: PRISTINE BATHROOMS LIMITED

WHEREAS Pristine Bathrooms Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC705310 was dissolved on 15th October 2024; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Pristine Bathrooms Limited was the Tenant under a Lease between United UK Propco 2 Ltd and the said Pristine Bathrooms Limited, which lease is constituted by (i) offer of lease by DWF LLP Solicitors on behalf of the said United UK Propco 2 Ltd to the said Pristine Bathrooms Limited, dated 8th June 2022; (ii) qualified acceptance by Scott Kennedy for an on behalf of Pristine Bathrooms Limited dated 8th June 2022 of ALL and WHOLE the subjects comprising 7, 9 & 10 Tennant Complex, East Kilbride, G74 5NA which premises form part and portion of the subjects at Tennant Complex Tennant Avenue, East Kilbride, Glasgow G74 5NA registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number LAN140675; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Pristine Bathrooms Limited came to my notice on 24th April 2025; Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
