Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 March 2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 30 April 2025, I, Dawn Michelle Fosker, 6 Claremont Street, Herne Bay Kent CT6 8NE, Single and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Dawn Michelle Smith and assumed the name of Dawn Michelle Fosker.
