Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, effective as of 30 June 2025, TDRC II-A, LP (the “Transferor”) assigned the whole of its interest in TDR Capital II 'A' L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP011359 (the “Partnership”), to HV Branford LLC (the “Transferee”) and that, with effect from 30 June 2025, the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership in place of the Transferor.
