NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an annual and final meeting of the members of Wellington Park Hotel Limited will be held at 11am on Friday 15 August 2025 to be followed at 11:15am on the same day by an annual and final meeting of the creditors of the Company. The meetings will be held at the offices of Garma Advisory Limited, 5th Floor, Metro Building, 6-9 Donegall Square South, Belfast, BT1 5JA.

The meetings are called pursuant to Article 91 and Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of receiving an account from the Liquidator explaining the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and to receive any explanation that they may consider necessary. A member or creditor entitled to attend, and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor.

The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors’ meeting:

1. That the Liquidator’s final report and receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator receive his release and discharge.

3. That the Liquidator has the power to destroy the books and records of the Company, 12 months after the dissolution of the Company.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be returned to the offices of Garma Advisory Limited, 5th Floor, Metro Building, 6-9 Donegall Square South, Belfast, BT1 5JA no later than 12 noon on the business day immediately before the meeting.
