Transfer of Interest in a Limited Partnership

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that under a Deed of Assignment dated 30 June 2025, Pension Insurance Corporation Plc assigned a portion of its limited partnership interest in Equitix Fund III LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP015406 (the "Partnership"), to Equitix PCC Limited as a new limited partner of the Partnership with such assignment effective on 30 June 2025.
