Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 (1) of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Givaudan UK Pension Plan are winding up the Plan. The Plan’s Trustees wish to trace any persons who believe that they may have any right to benefits from the Plan and have not received correspondence by post from the Trustees notifying them of the winding up of the Plan.

Any former employees of Givaudan UK Limited or any associated company (including Fries & Fries, Zimmermann Hobbs, FIS and PFW), who believe that they are a member of the above named Plan or anyone who believes they have any other interest, claim or entitlement in relation to the Plan but have not received correspondence from the Trustees of the Plan are required to write and provide details of their membership, interest, claim or entitlement to the Trustees of the Givaudan UK Pension Plan, Givaudan UK Pension Plan, Aon, PO Box 196, Huddersfield, HD8 1EG.

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, the period during which they worked for Givaudan UK Limited or any associated company and any documents supporting their claim. Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. In addition, if any person or persons have any other claims against or interest in the Plan, they are requested to write to Trustees of the Givaudan UK Pension Plan at the above address setting out particulars of such a claim in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement.

After the 2-month period, the Trustees may distribute the assets of the Plan amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not, as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not have notice.

If you have already received correspondence from the Trustees of the Plan regarding the buyout and wind up of the Plan, there is no need to respond to this advertisement.
