Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held via Microsoft Teams, on 3 July 2025 at 11.00 am, the following special resolution and ordinary resolution were duly passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily Christopher Lewis (IP No. 24710) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, 10th Floor, 103 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 3AG and Tyrone Courtman (IP No. 7237) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
