"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tom Bowes (IP No. 17010) and Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, 32 Booth Street, Manchester, M2 4AB be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
