NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 224 of the Companies Act, 1931, that a General Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company will be held at Ground Floor, Dorchester House, Belmont Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man, on the 30th day of July 2025 at 9.30am for the purpose of approving the Receipts and Payments Accounts of the Liquidator, to determine whether the liquidation should be brought to a conclusion and an application to be made to the Companies Registry for the dissolution of the Company and to determine the manner in which the Books, Accounts and Documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged with Atla Advisory Limited at Ground Floor, Dorchester House, Belmont Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man, no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting.
