Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 June 2025, The University of Chicago (the “Transferor”) ceased to be a limited partner in Tenzing Private Equity I LP (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP017760) (the “Partnership”) by virtue of a transfer by the Transferor of its entire interest in the Partnership to ASP SEC FAC 13 LP and Adams Street Private Equity Navigatory Lev Facilitation LLC (the “Transferees”), and with effect from 30 June 2025, the Transferor’s capital contribution in the Partnership reduced to zero, and the Transferees each became a limited partner in the Partnership, and ASP SEC FAC 13 LP made a capital contribution in the Partnership of £1,679,024.00 and Adams Street Private Equity Navigatory Lev Facilitation LLC made a capital contribution in the Partnership of £320,976.00.
