By written Resolution of the Members of the above-named Company, dated 30 June 2025 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a (1) Special Resolution and as (2&3) Ordinary Resolutions:
1. That it has been proven that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and it is advisable to wind up the same and that accordingly, the Company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That James Richard Clark and Joshua James Dwyer of Interpath Ltd, 4th Floor, Tailors Corner, Thirsk Row, Leeds, LS1 4DP be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
3. Thay anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.
The subsequent Decision of Creditors held on 30 June 2025 the appointment of James Richard Clark and Joshua James Dwyer as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
