The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (South East) (No.23) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped northern part width of Botley Road including a length and part width of Roger Dudman Way, an eastern part width of Cripley Road and an irregular shaped area of highway to the south of Botley Road at Oxford in the City of Oxford. This is to enable development as permitted by Oxford City Council, under reference 21/02007/PA18.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/6011). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Oxford Westgate Library, 2228, The Westgate, Queen Street, Oxford, OX1 1PE.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 26 June 2025.
