Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13/03/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 04/06/2025, I, Jake Lewis Sharp, 40 Woodhouse Gardens Sheffield S13 7LS, Single British Citizen Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Jake Lewis Lodge and assumed the name of Jake Lewis Sharp.
