Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 02/11/2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 05/06/2025, I, Pat Anna Chrisostomou, 7C Oval Road London NW1 7EA, Single and a British Citizen Section 11 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Panayiota Anna Chrisostomou and assumed the name of Pat Anna Chrisostomou.
