The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No.9) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of a footpath which lies to the north of Crescent Road, at Bournemouth in the council area of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. This is to enable development as permitted by BCP Council, under reference 7-2022-2763-N.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/5306) They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at BCP Council, Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 23 June 2025.
