Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16/03/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 02/06/2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Nevaeh-mai Kelly Poulter who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Nevaeh-mai Kelly Spice and assumed the name of Nevaeh-mai Kelly Poulter.
