Notice is hereby given by the Joint Administrator, David Kemp of Exigen Group Limited, Exigen Group Limited, Warehouse W, 3 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Docks, London, E16 1BD, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that he intends to declare a first and final dividend to the ordinary and secondary preferential creditors of the Company within 2 months of the last date for proving set out below.
The ordinary and secondary preferential creditors of the Company are required, on or before 16 July 2025 to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned, David Kemp of Exigen Group Limited, Warehouse W, 3 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Docks, London, E16 1BD, the Joint Administrator of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrator to be necessary.
A creditor who has not proved this debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt was proved.
The Joint Administrator is not yet in a position to proceed with a distribution of the prescribed part and so the value of the prescribed part is not yet known.
