NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton under Section 15(4) of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1974 have resolved that vehicles parked with all wheels resting on the footway, and wholly within the areas delineated by white lines along the road or length of road identified in the Schedule to this Notice, shall be exempt from Section 15(1) of the said Act which makes it an offence to park on the footway.

The resolution shall take effect from 20th July 2025.
