Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 11th June 2025 RICHARD BOWLEY AND JENNIFER BOWLEY as Trustees of the Richard Bowley Trust (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest in Stafford International Timberland VI Fund LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014633 (the "Partnership") to RICHARD BOWLEY (the "Transferee") and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferee became a limited partner of the Partnership
