NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harrow proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 84,124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.

The general effect of the Order would be to introduce or extend “At Any Time” Waiting Restrictions on Chester Drive, Grove Road, Lincoln Road, Northumberland Road and The Ridgeway, as well as introduce a 20mph speed limit on Chester Drive, Church Drive, Grove Road (including service road from Rayners Lane), Lancaster Road, Lincoln Close, Lincoln Road, Mount Drive, Northumberland Road, Suffolk Road and The Ridgeway.

A copy of the proposed Order and of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at Greenhill Library, Perceval Square, College Road, Harrow, HA1 1GX between 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. Sunday, excluding Bank Holidays. Copies of the proposals can also be found at www.harrow.gov.uk/trafficorders
