At a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Suite C, Victoria House, Bramhall, Cheshire, SK7 2BE on 10 June 2025 at 12.00 noon, the following resolutions were passed by the members as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Molly Monks of Parker Walsh, Suite C, Victoria House, Bramhall, Cheshire, SK7 2BE, be appointed Liquidator of the Company."

At a subsequent meeting held on the same day, the Creditors appointed Benjamin Jones (IP No. 24250) and Arvindar Jit Singh (IP No. 11070) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 120 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 3BD as Joint Liquidators of the Company to replace Molly Monks (IP No. 19830) of Parker Walsh, Suite 1A, Sovereign House, Bramhall, Cheshire, SK7 1AW.
