Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907:

Metal Box Pension Trustees Limited has transferred the whole of its interest in the Partnership, represented by a capital contribution of £500, to Crown Packaging Manufacturing UK Limited.

Metal Box Pension Trustees Limited has subsequently ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership, and Crown Packaging Manufacturing UK Limited has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
