Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 January 2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 16 April 2025, I, Hiro Astor-Rae Horne, 2 School Rise, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Tammy Rachel Smith and assumed the name of Hiro Astor-Rae Horne.
