NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, Final Meetings of the creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Wallace & Co Ltd, 403 Lisburn Rd, Belfast BT9 7EW on 17 July 2025 at 12.30pm, to be followed by a meeting of the members of the Company at 12.45pm on the same day at the same venue. The following resolutions will be considered at the meetings:

1. That the Liquidators’ final receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator be granted her release from office after the final meeting of creditors.

Any member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be returned to the offices of Wallace & Co Ltd, 403 Lisburn Rd, Belfast BT9 7EW or by email to office@wallaceandcompany.net no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings.
