Notice is hereby given that the Company was placed into Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation (insolvent liquidation) on 24 March 2022 and Ian Douglas Yerrill (IP No. 8924) of Yerrill Murphy, Office 3, Romney Marsh Business Hub, Mountfield Road, New Romney, TN28 8LH and Paul Atkinson (IP No. 9314) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE were appointed its Joint Liquidators.

Notice is hereby given, that the Joint Liquidator of the Company intends to make a first and final distribution to creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 25 July 2025 by sending full details of their claims to the Joint Liquidator at Yerrill Murphy, Office 3, Romney Marsh Business Hub, Mountfield Road, New Romney, TN28 8LH (email: Hayley@yerrillmurphy.co.uk). Creditors must also, if so requested by the Joint Liquidator, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Joint Liquidator deems necessary.

The intended distribution is a first and final distribution and may be made without regard to any claims not proved by 25 July 2025. A creditor who has not proved his debt by that date, or who increases the claim in his proof after that date, will not be entitled to participate in the intended distribution, which will be made within two months of the last date for proving.
