That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
That Nicholas Cusack and Paul Bailey of Bailey Ahmad Limited, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.
At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 30 May 2025 the appointment of Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
