1. In this Notice the following shall apply:

Company Number: 10863393

Property: Any right or interest in any documents and items contained in a file held by Shoosmiths LLP which relates to matters concerning the Company and various properties as follows:

i. 351/353 Newmarket Road, Cambridge and also 353 and 355 Newmarket Road, Cambridge;

ii. 8 Cheddars Lane, Cambridge and also 10,10a and 10b Cheddars Lane, Cambridge; and

iii. 28 Cheddars Lane, Cambridge and land on the north east side of Cheddars Lane, Cambridge;

and which file also relates to matters concerning the Company and claimed rights in relation to various parcels of unregistered land in or near Cambridge.

Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of His Majesty's Treasury of 1 Ruskin Square, Croydon CR0 2WF (DX 325801 Croydon 51).

2. In pursuance of the powers granted by section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006 the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the company vested when the Company was dissolved) hereby disclaims the Crown's title (if any) in the Property the vesting of the Property having come to her notice on 8 January 2024.
