NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final meeting of the members and creditors of the above named company will be held at The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS, on 30 June 2025 at 10:00 am and 10:15 am for the purpose of showing how the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of them, but it should be noted that there is no requirement for creditors to attend the meetings. A proxy need not be a member or creditor. Proxies to be used at the meetings should be lodged at Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS no later than 12 noon on the working day prior to the meetings.
